Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional Artist Liaison – Event Coordination professional to join our vibrant team in Maryvale, Phoenix. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contracted artists and their representatives, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate all artist logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, ground transportation, and per diem distribution.
  • Review and execute artist riders, ensuring all technical, hospitality, and performance requirements are met in collaboration with production teams.
  • Develop and manage artist schedules, ensuring timely arrivals, sound checks, rehearsals, and performance slots.
  • Provide comprehensive on-site artist support during events, addressing any immediate needs or challenges with professionalism and discretion.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between artists, event staff, and vendors.
  • Prepare and disseminate artist information packets, schedules, and welcome materials.
  • Oversee the collection and processing of all necessary artist documentation, including contracts and payment details.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations with artists to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of artist contacts, agreements, and event histories.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in artist relations, event coordination, or talent management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Deep understanding of event production processes and artist rider requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse genres of artists and cultural backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with the Maryvale/Phoenix arts and event scene.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
