Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fields for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and soil preparation.
- Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest various crops using hand tools and light machinery.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently (e.g., tractors, harvesters, irrigation pumps).
- Perform general farm maintenance, including fence repair, cleaning, and upkeep of farm structures.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
