Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of legal documents to ensure accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to legal formatting standards.
- Manage document lifecycle, including version control, archiving, and retrieval processes.

- Perform legal research using online databases and other resources to gather relevant information.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all legal and client information.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
