Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance and product information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandise displays and fitting rooms.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability and proper presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for business or secured for the evening.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement.
