Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Track orders and manage shipments, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to manage inventory and logistics effectively.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize holding costs while meeting demand requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues, discrepancies, or delays that arise within the supply chain process.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, shipments, and deliveries using relevant software.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
- Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures related to supply chain management and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency gains.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, customs procedures, and company standards.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
