Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply various insulation installation techniques under direct supervision.
- Cut and fit insulation materials (fiberglass, mineral wool, foam boards, etc.) according to project specifications.
- Install insulation in walls, attics, floors, and crawl spaces of residential and commercial properties.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Assist senior installers with material handling, preparation, and project completion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
- Ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated heights.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
