Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to residents during night hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Monitor resident activity and document observations accurately and thoroughly in electronic records.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and behavioral support plans as directed by clinical staff.
- Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular rounds of the facility to ensure security and address any immediate resident needs.
- Assist residents with basic needs and routines, fostering an environment of independence and respect.
- Facilitate positive resident interactions and maintain a therapeutic atmosphere.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including logging incidents and shift reports.

Required Skills
