Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and dismantling street food stalls, including equipment and display items, efficiently and safely.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Taking customer orders accurately and handling transactions using a POS system or cash.
  • Serving food and beverages with a friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the stall area throughout operational hours, including waste management.
  • Restocking ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed to ensure continuous service.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and allergy awareness.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.
  • Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation.
