Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure back-end services and APIs.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay informed about new technologies and recommend their integration as appropriate.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern back-end language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, C#).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
