As a Live-In Carer, you will provide continuous support and companionship to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication reminders and support with medication management as prescribed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light household duties, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and stimulating activities.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises as outlined in the care plan.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, or for walks, promoting an active lifestyle.
- Manage household errands, including shopping and prescription collection.
- Maintain accurate and detailed care records, documenting observations and any changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care management team.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
