Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions, handle cash, and provide correct change.
- Verify orders for accuracy and ensure all items are prepared and delivered to customers promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked drive-thru window area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and positive brand image.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
