Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders accurately at the drive-thru window.
- Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash or card transactions.
- Accurately assemble orders and ensure all items are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and tidy workstation and drive-thru area at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and minimise waiting times.
- Resolve customer queries or concerns politely and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere for both customers and team members.
