Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, full-time role that offers weekly pay and doesn’t require prior experience? Career.zycto is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Car Park Attendant to join their team in the scenic Barnton area of Edinburgh. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proactive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service to kickstart their career.
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the friendly face of the car park, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for all visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of traffic, guide drivers to available spaces, and provide assistance with any queries they may have. This role is crucial in maintaining an organised and welcoming environment, reflecting positively on our client’s reputation. We understand that everyone starts somewhere, which is why we’re specifically looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow, even if you don’t have direct experience in a similar role. Full training will be provided to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
Beyond just directing cars, you’ll play a key role in the overall upkeep of the car park facility. This includes conducting regular patrols to monitor safety and security, reporting any maintenance issues, and ensuring the area remains clean and free from litter. Your observational skills will be vital in identifying and addressing potential hazards or unauthorised parking. You’ll be working outdoors, so a willingness to work in various weather conditions and a good level of physical fitness are beneficial. If you’re a reliable individual who enjoys interacting with the public and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Join a supportive team where your efforts are recognised and rewarded with consistent weekly pay. This role offers more than just a job; it’s a chance to become an integral part of a community-focused service, contributing to the daily ease and convenience of hundreds of visitors. We value reliability, a positive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. If you’re ready to take on a new challenge and build valuable experience, we encourage you to apply today and become a part of our growing team in Barnton.
