Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests and assist them with mini golf rules, equipment selection, and course navigation.
- Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system and manage cash transactions, ensuring proper change is given.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the mini golf course, including picking up stray balls, tidying obstacles, and sweeping pathways.
- Monitor guest activity to ensure fair play, safety guidelines are followed, and a positive atmosphere is maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, which may include setting up/storing equipment, cleaning facilities, and securing the premises.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex concerns to management.
- Restock supplies, such as scorecards, pencils, and golf balls, as needed throughout your shift.
