As a Game Master, you are the heart and soul of the escape room experience, responsible for ensuring every guest has an unforgettable adventure from start to finish. You’ll be the storyteller, the guide, the facilitator, and occasionally, the subtle hint-giver. Your primary role will be to immerse players into their chosen narrative, monitor their progress, and provide timely, engaging assistance to help them conquer their challenges. Beyond the game itself, you’ll also contribute to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and exciting environment for all. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in guests, providing an engaging and enthusiastic pre-game briefing.
- Monitor ongoing games, providing timely and appropriate clues via a computer system to enhance player experience.
- Deliver compelling storytelling to immerse players into the game's narrative.
- Reset game rooms efficiently and accurately between sessions, ensuring all props are in their correct places and puzzles are ready for the next group.
- Debrief players post-game, celebrating their successes and answering any questions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of game rooms, lobby, and facility areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue is ready for operation or secured for the night.
- Uphold safety standards and emergency procedures to ensure the well-being of all guests and staff.
- Process payments and manage bookings using our reservation system.
