Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest standards of safety by vigilantly monitoring pool activities, enforcing rules and regulations, and promptly responding to any emergencies. Beyond safety, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of the pool area, which includes light cleaning duties, organizing equipment, and ensuring supplies are well-stocked. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute positively to our guest’s experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities diligently to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations consistently and courteously.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations, administering first aid or CPR if certified.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool area, including tidying lounge chairs, tables, and equipment.
- Perform routine checks of pool facilities, reporting any maintenance needs or safety hazards immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of pool equipment or activities as needed.
- Maintain an accurate count of pool occupants when required.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and supervisors regarding pool operations and guest feedback.
