Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor the swimming pool area to ensure the safety of all patrons, strictly enforcing pool rules and regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents, emergencies, or first aid situations, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas throughout your shift.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of pool equipment (e.g., lane ropes, floats) as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering queries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Conduct regular checks of emergency equipment and report any faults or concerns immediately.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions, including ongoing first aid and pool safety certifications.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
