As a Daycare Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily educational and recreational activities appropriate for children's age and developmental stage.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Provide basic care for children, including feeding, changing diapers, assisting with potty training, and comforting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and needs, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher or director.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Help foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and company policies.
