Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract high-quality candidates to join our expert panels through various channels, including professional networks, databases, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific project requirements.
- Manage and maintain a robust database of panel members, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing panel members, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and client teams to understand specific talent needs and recruitment objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet panel growth targets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or panel management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
