Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Focus Group Recruiter to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a knack for engaging people and excellent organizational skills to contribute significantly to vital market research projects. As a Focus Group Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, screening, and scheduling qualified participants for a diverse range of focus groups, interviews, and other qualitative research studies.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that each research project has the right mix of participants, meticulously selected according to specific demographic and psychographic criteria provided by our clients. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to sourcing and engagement. You will utilize various recruitment channels, including online databases, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build a robust pool of potential participants.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit qualified participants for focus groups, in-depth interviews, and other qualitative research studies based on precise client specifications.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews (via phone, email, or online surveys) to ensure all participants meet the required demographic, behavioral, and psychographic criteria.
- Manage participant databases, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Schedule and confirm participant attendance, providing clear instructions and managing logistical details.
- Communicate effectively with participants, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to post-study follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and research teams to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment progress, participant interactions, and incentive distribution.
- Proactively troubleshoot recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions to meet project goals.
- Assist in the development and refinement of screening questionnaires and recruitment materials.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and best practices in market research recruitment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, market research, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
