Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing visual merchandising directives and planograms to create appealing product displays.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms.
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and promotions are clearly displayed.
- Help with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
- Support inventory management by assisting with counts and organizing stock.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about products, guiding them as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
