Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the initial setup and organization of items for estate sales, including sorting, cleaning, and staging merchandise.
  • Help with pricing items under the guidance of senior staff, learning about different categories and their market value.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service during sale events, assisting shoppers and answering inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash and card payments.
  • Assist with packing and wrapping purchased items for customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales environment.
  • Support the teardown process after sales, including packing unsold items and preparing properties for clearance.
  • Perform general physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging furniture and other household items (up to 50 lbs).

  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (asset, but not required)
