Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using an RF scanner.
- Verify product identification numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently (training provided as needed).
- Stage completed orders in designated areas for loading and shipment.
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
