Key Responsibilities
- Stock and replenish produce displays neatly and attractively, ensuring optimal freshness and presentation.
- Rotate produce inventory following 'first-in, first-out' (FIFO) principles to minimize waste and ensure quality.
- Assist customers with finding produce items, offering recommendations, and answering questions about products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the produce department, including displays, storage areas, and equipment.
- Monitor produce quality, removing damaged or expired items promptly.
- Operate basic equipment such as scales and price labelers accurately.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and unloading produce deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
