Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Prepare pretzels and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure the pretzel stand is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Promote daily specials and upsell items to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties.
