- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive items.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cold room and packing areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and food safety guidelines for cold storage operations.
- Operate basic packing equipment and tools as required, following safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and challenges.
- Support overall warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistently in a cold room environment (temperatures typically ranging from 0°C to 5°C).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25kg regularly.
- Basic literacy (reading and writing English) to understand instructions and labels.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
