Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect and deliver documents, packages, and other items to various locations within Lagos, primarily Victoria Island and its environs.
- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines and confidentiality protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatches and deliveries, including recipient signatures and time stamps.
- Assist with internal office errands, including inter-departmental document transfer, fetching supplies, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally during all external interactions with clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle company funds for minor purchases or payments, maintaining clear accountability and records.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding delivery statuses and potential delays.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an office runner, courier, or in a similar dispatch role.
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially Victoria Island and surrounding areas.
- Valid rider's permit/driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
