Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in the creation and execution of various graphic design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop and produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, website content, and other online platforms.
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
- Support the team in preparing design files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
- Conduct research on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve workflow and output.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders effectively to refine designs.
- Assist with photo editing, manipulation, and retouching as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong foundational understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
