Career.zycto is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives. Based in Matabeleland South, this critical role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's strategic objectives and business needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a portfolio of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions for all employee levels.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify critical skill gaps and emerging learning requirements across various departments.
- Oversee the selection, development, and management of internal and external trainers and learning resources.
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs on individual and organizational performance.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in adult learning and organizational development.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies, including succession planning and career pathing.
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
