Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee ongoing operational activities and systems during the night shift, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Respond promptly to operational alerts, incidents, and inquiries, escalating issues to relevant teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all operational activities, incidents, and resolutions for effective handover.
- Perform routine checks and verify system functionality to prevent potential disruptions.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate with internal departments to facilitate night-time tasks and requests.
- Implement and adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and operational protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports summarizing key events, resolutions, and upcoming priorities for the next shift.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within a 24/7 environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Creole is an asset).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
