Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality 3D animations for various municipal projects, including urban planning visualizations, tourism promotions, and public awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (communications, planning, tourism) to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into animated content.
- Create storyboards, animatics, and visual mock-ups to guide the animation process and secure stakeholder approval.
- Model, texture, rig, animate, light, and render 3D assets and scenes using industry-standard software.
- Ensure animations adhere to project briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications, delivering files in appropriate formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and communicating progress effectively.
- Continuously research and implement new animation techniques, software, and best practices to enhance visual quality and efficiency.
Required Skills
