Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Support the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are accurately collected and processed.
- Maintain and update client records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Monitor client activity and performance metrics, helping identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic account planning.
- Learn and apply best practices in client relationship management and sales support.
- Contribute to team projects aimed at improving operational efficiencies and client service delivery.
