Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
- Prepare detailed client reports, presentations, and proposals under guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Help identify client needs and potential opportunities for service expansion.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain insights and contribute ideas.
- Learn and apply best practices in account management and client service.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the Account Management team.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
