Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, statements, and in-depth analyses for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Support financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence activities under the direct supervision of senior accountants and partners.
- Reconcile complex accounts, verify financial transactions, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
- Help prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring strict compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Participate actively in client meetings, assisting senior accountants in presenting financial insights, recommendations, and strategic advice.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that could impact corporate finance strategies.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records and documentation, adhering to firm standards and best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and fundamental financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
