Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all transactions are properly coded and recorded.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures under supervision.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Learn and utilize accounting software and systems effectively.
- Assist with data entry and maintain spreadsheets with financial information.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
