Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries and providing timely responses.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance for a productive work environment.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new international hires, ensuring a welcoming integration.
