Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support HR and accounting departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate and prepare for company events, workshops, and team gatherings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
