Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain comprehensive digital filing systems, ensuring information is readily accessible, secure, and compliant with data privacy.
  • Coordinate various virtual and occasional in-person company events, team-building activities, and professional workshops.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with precision, strictly adhering to company policies and deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, efficiently directing them to the appropriate parties and resources.
  • Assist with the seamless onboarding of new remote employees, preparing necessary documentation, system access, and introductory materials.
  • Support diverse projects and initiatives by conducting thorough research, compiling relevant data, and diligently tracking progress.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all sensitive information and demonstrate unwavering discretion in all communications and tasks.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or a similar high-level support role.
