Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of critical documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
