Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates, directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and reflective of our brand standards.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring availability.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or internal gatherings.
- Utilize office equipment efficiently and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company and client information.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
