Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours of Fort Adelaide (Citadel) and surrounding historical/cultural sites.
- Share detailed knowledge of Mauritian history, culture, geography, and local folklore with guests.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and needs with professionalism.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the diverse interests, ages, and physical abilities of groups.
- Coordinate with local vendors and partners for seamless tour execution (e.g., transport, entry tickets).
