Career.zycto is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Executive specializing in Brand & Promotion to join our client’s vibrant team in Port Louis. This pivotal role is perfect for an individual passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives and executing impactful promotional campaigns across various channels. As an Advertising Executive, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive commercial success. You will manage client relationships, understanding their unique business objectives and translating them into actionable marketing plans. This involves everything from initial client briefs and strategic planning to campaign execution, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of advertising projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and achieve predefined KPIs. A significant part of your role will involve market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. We are looking for someone who can not only conceptualize groundbreaking ideas but also has the meticulous organizational skills to bring them to fruition on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, media buyers, and digital specialists, acting as the key liaison between the client and the internal operational teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and strategic insights.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare detailed client briefs, presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, media planners, and digital specialists to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors and media partners.
  • Present campaign strategies and results to clients, articulating value and impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advertising trends.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital advertising channels (e.g., social media, SEO/SEM, print, OOH, broadcast).
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strategic thinking with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
