Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with relevant courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
  • Liaise with court registries, legal professionals, and other relevant parties to track case progress and obtain necessary information.
  • Organize and index legal documents for easy retrieval and archiving.
  • Assist in the preparation of hearing bundles and trial documents.
  • Conduct basic legal research as directed to support case filing requirements.
