Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate recreational and educational activities for children aged 6-12 years.
- Supervise children during free play, organized activities, and homework time, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
- Assist children with homework and provide academic support as needed.
- Mediate conflicts and guide children in developing problem-solving and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe program area, including supervising snack times.
- Adhere to all child protection policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless program delivery and a cohesive team approach.
- Organize and oversee special events, field trips, or themed activity days.
Required Skills
- Proven experience working with children in a structured or recreational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead engaging activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliability and punctuality.

- Fluency in German and English.
