Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Develop and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance AI systems into production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to define AI problem statements, collect and preprocess data, and evaluate model performance.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure best practices in software development.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, pipelines, and deployments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Strong grasp of software development best practices, including version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
