Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate Career.zycto's value proposition and generate excitement for our solutions.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and consulting teams with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handover process and refine targeting strategies.
  • Follow up on potential leads and previous contacts to maximize appointment setting opportunities.
  • Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines while also demonstrating flexibility and personal flair.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, confident telephone demeanor.
