Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior barbers with client services, including shampooing, draping, and setting up stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all barbering tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
- Learn and practice basic barbering techniques, including fades, trims, and shaves, under direct supervision.
- Manage laundry and ensure a fresh supply of towels and capes.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking products, and informing senior staff of low supplies.
- Observe and absorb client consultation skills, understanding client preferences and providing recommendations.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in learning new techniques.
- Contribute to a positive and professional salon atmosphere, fostering excellent client relations.
