Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician to join our dedicated team in the Hannover Messe Area. This full-time position offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to begin a rewarding career in the electrical trade. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work closely with experienced journeymen, gaining practical, hands-on experience across a diverse range of electrical installations, maintenance, and repair tasks in commercial, industrial, and potentially residential settings. Your journey will involve learning the fundamentals of electrical systems, wiring, conduit bending, circuit testing, and troubleshooting, all while strictly adhering to safety protocols and German electrical codes (VDE regulations). Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to understand project specifications.
- Help with the preparation and installation of conduits, wiring, and other electrical components.
- Measure, cut, bend, and install electrical conduit and wiring.
- Perform diagnostic tests and assist in troubleshooting electrical malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with all local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Document work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Attend required technical training and complete all academic components of the apprenticeship program.
