Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems (water, drainage, heating, sanitation).
- Learn to identify and safely use a variety of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Help prepare worksites, including setting up equipment, gathering materials, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Shadow senior plumbers to observe and understand best practices, diagnostic procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Carry out basic tasks under direct supervision, such as cutting and threading pipes, joining fittings, and performing minor repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed for each project.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
- Engage actively in learning opportunities, asking questions, and seeking feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as required.
