Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support to the A&R team, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and organise incoming demo submissions, ensuring proper logging, categorisation, and distribution to relevant A&R managers.
- Maintain and update artist databases, contact lists, and project trackers with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of artist contracts, licensing agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking for A&R projects and travel.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external queries related to A&R activities.
- Organise and coordinate recording sessions, showcases, and promotional events.
- Conduct preliminary research on emerging artists, market trends, and competitive landscapes to support A&R initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for team meetings and executive reviews.
- Ensure all administrative procedures and company policies are adhered to strictly.
Required Skills
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
